Voice action reference
Discover the exact credential and granted target, validate input and inspect the action plan before executing. These actions record local event state and artifact references; they do not initiate telephony or host remote audio/transcripts.
- Export Voice organization data: Read six local Voice table sets across every workspace of the authenticated organization, with remote artifact URLs redacted.
- Erase Voice organization data: Delete and verify all six local Voice table sets for the authenticated organization while retaining backups.
- Get Voice widget: Read the canonical workspace activity widget with call, minute, ringing and missed-call counts.
- Get Voice identity: Read delegated user and organization identity for the current Voice credential.
- Get Voice workspace overview: Read all-workspace counts and the most recent 25 calls and provider failures in one granted Voice workspace.
- Archive Voice workspace: Archive an empty granted canonical Voice workspace, then remove its local identity mirror.
- Record incoming call: Create a local incoming ringing-call event using the provider call identifier and supplied phone-number strings.
- Complete call record: Transition an existing ringing local call record to completed with the supplied nonnegative integer duration.
- Mark call missed: Transition an existing ringing local call record to missed.
- Record provider failure: Create an open local failure record, optionally linked to an existing scoped call.
- Register recording: Create ready recording metadata pointing to a supplied URL for an existing scoped call.
- Register transcript: Create ready transcript metadata pointing to a supplied URL for an existing scoped call.
- Register voicemail: Create voicemail URL metadata for a missed local call, addressed to the original call operator.
Evidence
Actual worker and isolated migrated D1; synthetic Auth identity, nondefault workspace grants and archive transport. Notify and Nexus are disabled. No live telephony, remote audio or transcript hosting/deletion is tested.
Additional action guides
Notification language and retry actions can emit to Notify. Retain the current published confirmation requirements even when source declarations are weaker. These examples are synthetic and unrun; the earlier fixture evidence above does not cover these additions.
- Read your Voice notification language: Read the current signed-in recipient notification language and held count in the granted workspace.
- Retry your Voice notifications: Retry only the current signed-in recipient captured notifications in the granted workspace, retaining original idempotency keys and frozen translations.
- Choose your Voice notification language: Save one supported notification language for yourself in the granted workspace and retry your captured notifications.
Change log
- 2026-10-20: Prepared links to the additional source-reviewed action guides above. Existing guide links and historical evidence are retained; this update does not recertify their current runtime behavior or assert complete application coverage.
