Dimensions execution
Read the exact action guide for prerequisites, identifier discovery, supported input, effects, captured successful and refused responses, verification and recovery. Synthetic fixture results do not authorize a live mutation or establish a provider outcome.
- List tracking dimensions: List active tracking dimensions and their selectable values, or include archived records for settings and historic journal display.
- Create tracking dimension: Create a reporting category such as department, location or project. Its lowercase key is unique in the workspace.
- Update tracking dimension: Change the key or display name of one tracking dimension. Existing journal lines retain the key and value stored when they posted.
- Archive tracking dimension: Archive a dimension so it cannot be selected on new journal lines; immutable posted lines retain their tags.
- Restore tracking dimension: Restore an archived dimension for selection on new journal lines.
- Create dimension value: Add one selectable code and name to a tracking dimension.
- Update dimension value: Change one dimension value code or display name. Posted journal tags remain immutable.
- Archive dimension value: Archive a value so new journal lines cannot select it; existing lines retain the stored tag.
- Restore dimension value: Restore an archived value for selection on new journal lines.
Evidence
Actual Books route handlers and the exported Worker were exercised against five local SQLite D1 concern databases with all committed migrations, the real posting Durable Object and local R2. Route captures use synthetic verified Auth; Worker captures use synthetic Auth transports. Nexus, Brand, Notify, Pay, Mercury and Xero responses are explicitly simulated at the provider transport boundary. Captures prove local request/response behavior and canonical SDK projection, not live bank access, payment movement, email delivery, provider eligibility, tax compliance, encrypted custody, scheduled execution, deployment or production completion. Fixture identities, credentials, addresses and records authorize no live operation.
