Return an honest empty overview with four zero metrics, even when Success has customer accounts. When service authentication and organization context are configured, the call attempts an engagement usage event.
Before you start
- Verify the authenticated identity, exact environment and pinned approved organization context before preparing an action.
- The published application permission is workspace:read. The credential context supplies identity and organization; these actions do not resolve a workspace.
- Authorize the documented mirror, notification, metering, privacy or archival effects before CLI --confirm or MCP confirm:true. A GET request can initialize a local mirror.

Effects
- Returns a v2 organization-scoped widget with state empty and all metrics zero; the handler does not query customer accounts or compute aggregates.
- Attempts Nexus app_engagement usage under success.widget_view when service secret and organization context are present; failures are nonfatal. The response has public max-age=15 caching metadata.
Interpret the response
Use response path $.widgets[0].resource.resourceId for organization. An empty list does not discover a target.
Validate the widget envelope and organization resource. Treat zero counters as placeholder presentation, not current customer statistics. Metering completion is not exposed in this response; verify usage separately if it matters.
The success schema below was checked against captured handler responses. Delegated Auth profile fields and sanitized notification payload fields can vary; exact outer envelopes and SQL row fields are source-reviewed. Error examples retain their actual refusal shapes.

Errors and recovery
invalid_action_input(HTTP 400): Correct only the input paths reported by the runtime or CLI validator; retain action id and exact context.action_permission_required(HTTP 403): The verified credential lacks the action permission. Stop this action and request the appropriate authorized grant; an identifier or organization ownership does not grant it.
Auth, action-input validation and platform resource resolution can refuse a request before its handler. Retain the exact error, request id and context; requesting another context is not a legitimate way to bypass a refusal.
Recovery boundary
No widget state to restore. A usage event already accepted cannot be recalled through a published Success action.
