UI-kit report sections

TopoloReportSection in @topolo-io/ui-kit owns reusable report-section presentation. Its header wraps according to container width, gives the title a flexible 12rem basis, wraps long words, and constrains the wrapping action group to the section. Consumers supply their own existing actions and domain behavior. On narrow containers, actions move below the title; on wider containers they remain alongside it. Heading semantics, optional eyebrow and description, children, attributes, refs and callbacks are preserved.

Immutable version 0.11.3 was published from source 71b05acbf0a65004acb7cf35e1c1754d1b10b0a8 under tag package/topolo-ui-kit/v0.11.3. The downloaded registry tarball was verified with shasum eea6901c3dbbaf8a0ea4f141a8b2d02456d3e151. The exact source passed ordered development, staging and production release gates; this library has zero deployment artifacts. Two focused component tests render real shared primitives and cover the section render paths and callbacks. Package validation passed 138 Node and 275 component tests, typecheck, build, coverage and pack gates. Package-wide coverage remains 76.52% lines/statements, 86.37% branches and 62.8% functions; it is not 100%.

Compose adopts 0.11.3 at source f10a3532a8d77de44eb1f85e476cd0acc44578c7 and passed ordered development, staging and production deployment proof. Local rendering and authenticated staging checks at 320, 390, 768 and 1440px verify title/action separation and page containment. Other consumers require their own dependency adoption and deployment proof; this release does not prove fleet adoption. The shared repair changes presentation only and creates no new operational capability, permission policy or public action.
