Authority and prerequisites

• Declared authorization mode=public, requiredPermission=empty; actual source identity/resource checks below remain mandatory.
• Discover the actual identifier and current intended state within existing authority. Examples grant no access and are not executable probes.

• Reads the configured central workspace pricing and public plan/usage projection. Public response may be cached for 60 seconds with stale-while-revalidate; it is not an immutable quote or availability guard.
• Planned plans are omitted. Enterprise enquiry is a configured Forms URL or null; usageRateCard may be null. Do not invent prices, activate rates, or infer checkout readiness from page availability.
• No numeric price in these drafts is current financial guidance. The confirmed checkout validates the accepted current card and price separately. Historical local price constants are not a current offer.
• PRICING_ERROR is an error response, not a free offer or an empty successful price.

Refusals, failures and recovery

• 500 PRICING_ERROR: Pricing is unavailable or invalid. Do not invent a price or proceed with a stale quote; retry after central configuration is repaired.

Read-only operation; no rollback is required.

Verification

• Compare monthly and annual amounts, currency, plan names and usage-rate version with the returned pricing. Refresh before checkout; this read does not lock a quote.
• Retain actual request/receipt identifiers securely, preserve UNKNOWN effects and reconcile before any retry.

Run a reviewed request

Discover the current action and its resource requirements before running it. Save the approved input as reviewed-input.json; replace synthetic examples with values obtained through the intended authorized workflow. If discovery requires a resource binding, provide its published type and resolved ID separately on both plan and call. Stop if validation fails or the plan is not executable.
