Action guides
Published Developers task guides for application authoring, catalogs, connections and placements. Choose the guide for your task, then check its dated source, access requirements, full examples and verification/recovery limits. This index describes available documentation; it does not grant action authority or certify deployed application/provider behaviour.
Workspace and onboarding
- Read Developers onboarding state: Inspect saved onboarding and profile state while separating placeholder counters and management flags from actual portfolio counts and authorization.
- Read the Developers workspace summary: Read the workspace’s app view, organization profile and caller request history without conflating their different scopes and counts.
- Update developer profile and onboarding: Save the shared developer profile with deliberate completion intent, current-state verification and clear validation, timestamp and permission boundaries.
Workspace data and lifecycle
- Export Developers workspace data: Export selected Developers-owned workspace records and projections with field-name redaction and explicit coverage limits.
- Erase Developers workspace data: Permanently erase selected Developers-owned workspace data and projections, with explicit cross-store and recovery limits.
- Archive an empty Developers workspace: Archive the canonical Developers workspace through Auth, then remove local mirrors after selected emptiness checks.
P2P capability declarations
- Create a P2P capability: Declare one capability on an application you can edit. Retained source saves the declaration first and can immediately synchronize an eligible capability to P2P.
- Update a P2P capability: Amend one existing app-owned capability. Treat the change as potentially externally visible: the retained route may synchronize it automatically after saving.
- Sync a P2P capability: Request synchronization of one eligible capability into P2P. Review the external publication effect and reconcile any uncertain earlier attempt before retrying.
Applications and authoring
-
Get a developer app’s saved configuration: Read one authorized app’s configuration, actor permissions and saved declarations while separating lifecycle, listing and actual execution.
-
List an app’s action declarations: Inspect saved app actions, their publication state and bounded cursor pages without executing or publishing them.
-
List an app’s API key resource declarations: Read the app’s saved resource-type declarations and publication metadata before using Auth’s caller-specific API key options.
-
List an app’s mobile artifact records: Inspect saved Android and iOS artifact metadata without downloading, installing or promoting a mobile build.
-
List an app’s saved P2P capabilities: Inspect saved capability schemas, pricing and synchronization metadata without executing or synchronizing a P2P provider.
-
List apps in a Developers workspace: Read the visible app collection and developer profile, distinguishing selected-workspace results, joined submissions and organization-wide counts.
-
Publish an app action declaration: Publish a saved action while distinguishing catalog visibility, full app projection and uncertain downstream outcomes.
-
Publish an app’s API key resource declarations: Synchronize saved nonarchived resource declarations to Auth and distinguish upstream acceptance, local metadata and effective key eligibility.
-
Read an app’s assurance history: Read saved assurance evidence and latest decisions for an exact app and optional revision, with clear history, repository and current-assurance limits.
-
Read an app’s entry-experience authoring state: Inspect saved entry-experience authoring and read-time publication reconciliation without treating a displayed state or canWrite flag as permission or runtime proof.
-
Read an app’s marketing metadata: Read saved marketing fields and marketplace subcategory while distinguishing authored configuration from public listing, copy approval and live content.
-
Remove an app’s saved native mobile descriptor: Remove the saved mobile descriptor from app metadata and verify its exact control state without confusing it with catalogue release or device removal.
-
Replace an app’s API key resource declarations: Replace the complete saved workspace-resource configuration while preserving precise deletion, validation and partial-failure semantics.
-
Save an app action declaration: Create or update a reviewed action declaration with explicit visibility, schema and partial-failure handling.
-
Save an app’s entry-experience draft: Save a complete login/landing presentation draft with exact current revision and concurrency checks, without confusing it with publication or runtime activation.
-
Update an app’s marketing metadata: Change approved app copy and media with exact merge rules, catalog side effects and safe recovery after partial failure.
-
Read an app’s commercial authoring state: Read saved pricing drafts and publication outcomes while distinguishing catalog reconciliation, write eligibility and executable commercial configuration.
-
Issue an app transfer code: Create a pending app transfer code with explicit owner access, seven-day expiry and no automatic retry.
-
Claim an app transfer: Read the ownership and partial-migration limits before claiming an app; the pinned source retains its original canonical workspace.
-
Save mobile-artifact metadata: Create or update a mobile-artifact record by app, platform and release track, with exact defaults and metadata-only validation limits.
-
Save an unpublished pricing draft: Save an approved commercial draft with revision checks while preserving its published snapshot and unresolved-publication boundaries.
-
Publish or reconcile a saved pricing revision: Publish a reviewed commercial revision or reconcile its retained attempt while distinguishing catalog receipts, financial effects and control finalization.
-
Read legacy entry-experience inventory: Read one accessible app’s legacy login and landing presentation, selected draft and migration conflicts.
-
Import reviewed legacy entry experience: Save reviewed legacy presentation as the first unpublished authoring draft and retain its full inventory archive.
-
Publish a saved entry-experience revision: Publish an exact saved revision and reconcile retained catalog receipts before an explicit same-revision resume.
Catalog and notifications
- Browse notification definitions: Filter saved notification definitions and projections with actual cursor pagination, clear direct response examples and separate execution/permission boundaries.
- Read marketplace application icon: Read the current uploaded icon and stable asset URL for a published application, including unlisted apps, with the same policy for first-party and third-party owners.
- Resolve an app identity from its hostname: Resolve a saved deployment hostname to canonical app identity, with explicit normalization, alias, error and access-versus-identification boundaries.
- Search the public app catalogue: Search bounded public app candidates with exact ranking, complete response examples and clear saved-metadata versus viewer-access boundaries.
Connections
- Change a connection’s workspace policy: Set all or linked workspace policy with administrator authority, precise placement impact and safe handling of partial writes.
- Disable an organization app connection: Remove an approved connection with subscription cleanup, explicit partial-failure handling and placement-access verification.
- Inspect an application connection’s status: Read stored connection state alongside current declarations and entitlements, including revoked views and unavailable entitlement checks.
- Inspect connectable app pairs: Read declared app pairs and stored organization state without enabling a connection or proving access.
- Read declared app connections: Read published connection declarations and reverse consumers without enabling connections or proving access.
- Read organization app connections: Read bounded stored connections, approval and subscription metadata in the active organization.
- Request or enable an app connection: Request administrator approval or activate a declared connection while preserving entitlement checks, partial subscription outcomes and safe recovery.
Placements
- Create a consumer placement: Place a declared provider reference with current consumer/provider access, complete outcomes and explicit version/idempotency limits.
- Delete a local placement: Soft-remove a consumer-visible placement with write access, preserve its provider reference and safely reconcile uncertain results.
- Read one visible placement snapshot: Read a stored live placement by id while preserving organization, consumer access and stale-status limits.
- Read placements in a consumer workspace: Read a bounded stored placement collection in an accessible consumer workspace, with exact filters and snapshot limits.
- Read visible uses of a provider reference: Read the bounded visible stored uses of one reference in the active organization across all pinned versions.
- Refresh a placement’s diagnostic status: Recheck current access and provider reference while preserving stored pins, stale-label limits and clear partial-outcome handling.
Build requests and other guides
- Read your saved application build requests: Read the authenticated user’s saved request history with exact response, privacy scope and optional review-field meanings.
- Submit a build request: Submit a community or company request for review and reconcile its exact pending identity without duplicate retries or assuming a build has started.

Discover the exact action and credential context, validate and plan the intended request, and provide any published resource binding separately. Confirm actual effects before execution and follow the guide’s verification and recovery steps.
Evidence
These linked guides were reviewed against pinned source and the published schemas. Their examples are synthetic and unrun. Source review does not prove current deployed behavior or provider completion. This collection lists the guides linked here and does not assert that every application action has a guide.
Change log
