Find an application
Browse Applications in this documentation site for product overviews. To work through the CLI or an agent, discover the applications available to your current credential:
topolo whoami --json
topolo apps --json
Choose an application from that result. Read its record with topolo apps get <application> --json, replacing the placeholder with its returned identifier or slug. Application visibility depends on your identity and context; a missing result does not establish that the product does not exist.
Find the right operation
topolo actions --service topolo-docs --limit 100 --json
This concrete example discovers Docs actions. For another application, use the service identifier from its discovered application record. Search by the task you intend, then inspect the exact action, its guide, examples and input/output schemas. Discovery does not authorize execution.
Use the Action reference to inspect the same contracts. Start with Quick Start for a safe first read, or Agents and automation for stable contexts and execution guidance.
Resolve a workspace or resource
Use topolo resources <application> --json for credential-scoped application resources and topolo workspaces list <application> --json for workspace availability and creation policy. Replace the application placeholder with the selected catalog identifier. Pass resource type and identifier separately from action input when required. Organization ownership alone does not authorize every application or action.
Check availability before planning
A product overview describes the product; it is not a promise that every feature, action or workspace is available to your credential. Use the live catalog and target policy for the concrete decision. If the catalog or a guide lacks the contract needed to operate safely, report that specific gap before attempting the operation.
